Our Hotel & Spa ADLER, which is located in Sankt Roman / Black Forest, a pilgrimage location and home to 180 people at 700m above sea level, is an oasis for body and soul. Owned by a single family for over 350 years, it is now a 4 star hotel with 42 comfortable rooms, suites and apartments as well as a holiday home and a large wellness and swimming pool area.
The generously proportioned lounge offers plenty of space for social interaction and you can enjoy culinary delights in our two restaurants and large, light-flooded conservatory.

We are a starting point for hikers, Nordic Walkers and mountain bikers to enjoy numerous opportunities to undertake varied tours in the attractive environment of the central Black Forest, and even in the winter we are directly connected to an extensive cross-country skiing route network.
Excursions by car include Lake Constance, Switzerland and neighbouring Alsace or just a few kilometres away you will find the historical old towns in the Kinzig Valley with its mild, friendly climate.
